I’ve been practicing yoga for years and this is one of the best studios I have had the privilege of learning at. Jhon in particular and his daughter Angelica are incredible teachers. I feel lucky to live so close by. 🙏🏽 hope they will continue to do well in service of the broader community.

NUMBER 1 the best studio there is.I've had interest in yoga for a long time, had entire manuscripts, but group teaching methodology makes the difference and you evolve with the people you see each consecutive class. Healthy diversity, accurate pronunciation, and a variety of classes catered towards your physiological and meditative wellbeing. The Kundalini class was my favorite.I've been here for less than a year and I've partaken in yoga elsewhere since: as a hotel amenity, as an event hosted by another studio, as guru yoga by initatiation only. What makes this place stand out is it's very clear the teachers are well versed in yoga philosophy and the psychological correspondence of each pose. People don't come here as pleasure hounds or seeking a second family. The students are here because they love themselves: in their exactness of posture to train their intention to be able to go through anything they set their mind to in life.

This place feels like a safe haven. The first class I took here was Lunar Flow & Flexibility with Tena and she has been so supportive and caring all throughout. Highly recommend to all! It's been such a positive addition to my routine. Very grateful

Atmananda Yoga and working with Angelica have been life-changing for me. When I first joined the studio, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I just wanted to explore something I enjoyed and deepen my understanding of yoga. However, with Angelica’s guidance, I’ve discovered so much more, including a deeper connection to myself. Angelica has been an incredible mentor to me, intuitively knowing what I needed at different stages of my journey. She has a remarkable ability to challenge you when it’s time to grow and give you space when you need to find your own path. Thanks to her support, I’ve achieved asanas I once thought impossible and overcome countless hurdles along the way. Angelica has an extraordinary gift that shines through in every class, especially during teacher training. This studio has been a pinnacle part of my journey, shaping everything I know about yoga and transforming me along the way. If you’re curious about yoga, I wholeheartedly recommend starting here. The journey ahead is profound, and the support you’ll receive from Angelica and Manuel feels like family. They will believe in you, guide you, and be there every step of the way. So grateful for the Atmananda community.

I’ve always wanted to get into yoga and tried various studios and classes, but none ever felt quite right—until I found Atmananda. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience to see my progress in flexibility and strength, all thanks to the supportive environment and consistent practice here.Jhon T., the owner and instructor, is truly exceptional. His passion for yoga shines through in every class, and he goes beyond the basics to help us understand the deeper connections between mind, body, and spirit. His guidance makes you feel empowered, educated, and more aware with each session. I always leave class feeling refreshed, energized, and balanced. If you’re looking for a place to start or deepen your yoga journey, I highly recommend Atmananda and its incredible instructors and community!

I took a Restorative Aerial class with Arlene. The instructor was very attentive and checked on me throughout the class. She also helped to adjust the silk and bolster, making it perfect for a beginner. It was my first time trying out silks. I thought there would be interactions with silks in the air, but it was mainly yoga and stretching with the help of the silks. Still, I enjoyed it a lot. It was a nice way to get comfortable with silks without too much of a challenge. The stretch was so good and very much needed for me. My soreness seemed to go away after the class. The drop-in classes for aerial silks are $35, and they offer some package deals. I used the ClassPass app to try them out. The atmosphere inside is cozy and very pleasant. They have a small parking lot and seem to sell food and drinks, but I didn't see anyone operating the cafe on Sunday. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
