Guidelines for a safe and respectful community.

In-Studio Class Policies: Late Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

With our in-studio capacity limited, we have a firm attendance policy in place to make sure every spot is respected and used.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled class. (Except ClassPass users, please follow ClassPass policy regarding cancellation)

If you cancel late or don’t attend, the following will apply:

Members with Packages: 1 class will be deducted from your package.
Class Card & Drop-In Clients: Your reserved class will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

Please understand that last-minute cancellations affect other students and our ability to operate effectively.

Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy

If you’re subscribed to a monthly membership, we require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
Any cancellations made within 30 days of your next billing date will still be charged for that month, with no partial refunds or credits.

Teacher Training Program Payment Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Teacher Training Program. Please note that all payments made towards the program are non-refundable.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the training, the amount paid can be applied as credit toward private classes or annual group yoga classes. This credit is non-transferable and must be used within one year from the original payment date.
